The Boy of Shadows and Secrets

A 7-year-old Japanese boy is discovered to be a genius. But it is much more than that. He seems to be able to wield genuine magic. The government is now involved and watching closely and even interfering. The child is on a mission, but what is Kiyoshi really up to?

Hiroaki is eight and fascinated with the little genius. He writes Kiyoshi a letter in an attempt to become friends. No response. His parents are divorced, and he is having a difficult time in his young life. "I would feel important if I could have Kiyoshi as a friend."

North Korea realizes there is something exceptional with the boy, and they want him.
